You are my passion and inspiration! I do what I do because I have an innate desire to help people like you! That is why we have created this online fitness world, dedicated to help as many people as possible!
My appetite for healthy living and helping others find their strength often goes unmatched in the fitness industry. I am determined to do what it takes to get any individual to any goal! I pride myself on going above and beyond for every client in every situation. I am the trainer who will visit the doctor with my clients, go with them to see a therapist, and take them grocery shopping to help them learn how to read the labels. I will research until I master any unknown! I will not give up! My clients are my family and I treat them as such!
I was raised athletically but it wasn’t until losing my mom to a nine-year illness that I refocused all of my energy on the health and fitness industry! Her influence solidified my future. She fell ill when I was only twelve and passed away when I was twenty-one.
When I lost my mom, all I wanted to do with my life was to play a role in keeping other mothers and fathers around for their children. That is my purpose! That is how I have come to do what I do. I am determined to help you become better, faster, stronger than you ever thought possible!
I specialize in advancing any runner to any goal, muscular rehabilitation and mobility, chronic illness and pain, core development and six pack abs, strength goals, preparation for military or police boot camps, physical fitness exams, and serious weight loss!
Before turning my attention to the fitness industry, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Legal Studies and my Paralegal Certification from the California State University, Chico. I later became a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Association of Sports Medicine. I have been a personal trainer since 2013, owning two very successful businesses and training at 24 Hour Fitness and Fitness 19.
My vision has been set on 2FIT for a very long time. My vision extends well beyond this initial fitness forum and I can’t wait to share it with you as we move forward! Over the next year, I will release a variety of programs for a variety of fitness levels! Please keep an eye on this site as we prepare for elderly fitness programs, at-home fitness programs, outside fitness programs and more!
My personal fitness goals for 2017 include a sub 1:45 half marathon time, new strength goals exceeding a 225lb back squat and deadlift, and a one-armed pull up!
