Full-Body Four-Week Fitness Program
What should you expect from this holistic four-week program? Major body fat loss (up to 10%) and serious strength gains! The more you focus on increasing your strength with this program, the more “tone” your body will begin to look! You will experience increased energy and endurance! You will see increased muscle definition in your stomach, arms and legs! Most importantly, I would expect you to feel 100% more confident in yourself and your body when you finish this program!
For this four-week program, you will have 4 resistance training workouts, 3 fasted cardio workouts and 1 core challenge to complete each week, on your chosen days. You will have 2 optional meal plans to follow and prescribed post-workout stretches to keep you mobile and injury free! You will be given videos/pictures when applicable for proper form and a packet to track your progressions!
This program is designed for all fitness levels but you will need to have access to a regular full sized gym in order to complete.
