All you need for this program is two dumbbells and the comfort of your own home! I want you to find confidence in these foundational movements, and continue to help you build more confidence through future programs so you feel secure going through any workout in any environment.
Please use caution and go at your own pace with this program. No need to incorporate weights on any movement until and unless you feel ready. Please feel free to increase the weight of the dumbbells you use, week by week. This program is designed to prepare you for future programs and future gym use. Should you want to increase the difficulty at home, even the most experienced can use heavier dumbbells for a killer workout!
