Kellie: My experience of training with Jessie has been positive and inspiring from day one. She is truly one of a kind and goes above and beyond to help her clients succeed and do their best. Since working with her and doing her independent programs since January I have not only lost weight and inches but I have gained a new love for fitness, confidence, strength, and education on how to exercise and eat right. ANNE: When I first started going to the gym, I could not stop comparing myself to others. Although, it felt like I was spending hours at the gym completing tedious amounts of low weight and high repetition workouts, I was not seeing the results I had hoped for. Jessie’s Crush It Challenge has changed my life. She has given me the confidence, support, and knowledge I needed in order to succeed in my fitness journey. My overall speed, strength, and endurance has sky rocketed beyond what I ever thought was possible to accomplish. Thanks to Jessie and her Crush It 5 Week Challenge, I am finally comfortable and proud to be in my own skin.**

AMANDA: So starting the Crush it Challenge I was super excited, I have always worked out but I had been trying to lean out and cut fat and I had been struggling to do so. So when presented with the opportunity to complete the 5 week program I was excited to have a plan to follow. When I started it I was hooked! Going to the gym and having workouts to follow kept me motivated and allowed me to push myself in a way I never have before. Having my packet allowed me to keep track of my progress so I could actually see and feel that I was getting stronger. Adding more weight every week I always psyched myself out and thought I can’t lift that much weight, but I did it any way and surprised myself every time. I was getting stronger and starting to notice changes in my body. Overall I lost 12 pounds and I was so proud of myself and I think that’s the thing I am most excited about. I’ve been trying for awhile to get rid of that weight and now I have finally done it. I also noticed how much more toned my body is something that I also wanted to accomplish. Now I want to keep going, I want to see how toned I can get and how strong I can get, push my body to the best of its abilities.
