Kellie: My experience of training with Jessie has been positive and inspiring from day one. She is truly one of a kind and goes above and beyond to help her clients succeed and do their best. Since working with her and doing her independent programs since January I have not only lost weight and inches but I have gained a new love for fitness, confidence, strength, and education on how to exercise and eat right. I am finally reaching goals I have had for years! Even when I had setbacks, she was there to encourage me and go the extra mile to provide what I needed to keep going. She has always dealt with me and others with respect and kindness and her laugh and smile bring joy to the room. I would honestly recommend her to anyone!

When I signed up for Jessie’s boot camp, I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. Now I’m just about 7 months along and have been doing her boot camp ever since. I’m still able to do everything and I feel even though my body is going opposite from where I want it, I feel like I’m stronger. And I know that I will get back in shape quickly from everything we’ve been doing. Class is always different, you can push yourself as much as you want. Jessie gives suggestions on what weight to use but doesn’t make you feel pressured. I do try and push myself and if something is not going to work for my belly, she gives me options. She’s super sweet and any question or concern you have is important to her. I’m taking these classes until childbirth and can’t wait to get back into something with her afterwards to get me back in shape. For myself, I have a goal to be bikini ready by November. We’re going to Cancun. So if Jessie’s up for that challenge, let’s do it!!!

ANNE: When I first started going to the gym, I could not stop comparing myself to others. Although, it felt like I was spending hours at the gym completing tedious amounts of low weight and high repetition workouts, I was not seeing the results I had hoped for. Jessie’s Crush It Challenge has changed my life. She has given me the confidence, support, and knowledge I needed in order to succeed in my fitness journey. My overall speed, strength, and endurance has sky rocketed beyond what I ever thought was possible to accomplish. Thanks to Jessie and her Crush It 5 Week Challenge, I am finally comfortable and proud to be in my own skin.**

I have since changed it to a four-week program in order to allow people to begin a new program each month, but I would expect you to see similar results with four weeks and I recommend following with the Bootyful Legs for Days program for even more results!

AMANDA: So starting the Crush it Challenge I was super excited, I have always worked out but I had been trying to lean out and cut fat and I had been struggling to do so. So when presented with the opportunity to complete the 5 week program I was excited to have a plan to follow. When I started it I was hooked! Going to the gym and having workouts to follow kept me motivated and allowed me to push myself in a way I never have before. Having my packet allowed me to keep track of my progress so I could actually see and feel that I was getting stronger. Adding more weight every week I always psyched myself out and thought I can’t lift that much weight, but I did it any way and surprised myself every time. I was getting stronger and starting to notice changes in my body. Overall I lost 12 pounds and I was so proud of myself and I think that’s the thing I am most excited about. I’ve been trying for awhile to get rid of that weight and now I have finally done it. I also noticed how much more toned my body is something that I also wanted to accomplish. Now I want to keep going, I want to see how toned I can get and how strong I can get, push my body to the best of its abilities.

  • Banded side lunges are a new favorite movement! 🍑😘 I’ve gotten in the habit of hitting at home workouts in order to avoid a certain negative situation at the gym lately. But I’m feeling inspired to get back into it, much thanks to the amazing @hasbuns 🙏 I’m currently aiming for 2-3 booty/leg days a week with 1-2 days being double booty workouts for higher volume 🤷‍♀️ I think my glutes are responding nicely 😍😍😍 - I’ve also been processing life like crazy, making big changes, and grieving the loss of amazing humans lately.
